Facts About Vintage Cooperative of Johnston



We are a senior community residing in a three-story building on three plus acres located 1/4 mile west of 86th Street on Windsor Pkwy in Johnston, IA. Beautifully decorated common areas enhance the building and provide social and recreational facilities without ever leaving home. Participate as you please in games, resident parties, pot lucks, day trips and many other resident planned events.

Built in 2018


Our building is handicap accessible, secure and equipped with fire, security, and safety systems throughout. There are 47 units in 14 models, all with generous space ranging from 1092 sq. ft to 1641sq. ft, with 9 ft ceilings (Vaulted ceilings on the third floor to 10 feet). Each unit includes kitchen and laundry appliances, individual heating/air conditioning units, blinds, carpeting and a deck or balcony.
The governing Board of Directors consists of residents elected by resident owners. They meet with the residents once each month. Vintage Cooperative of Johnston contracts with Ebenezer Management Service to handle the operation of the cooperative.

AMENITIES
Loads of common spaces, beautifully appointed throughout. Enjoy the Great Room for large gatherings, up to and including general meetings. Library, Cafe and Lounge areas at the main entrance offer comfortable and calming spaces for smaller groups.
2nd floor features include the Fitness room, the stylish Club room and two Guest rooms.
