Organizational Structure

Cooperatives are operated by their members, through a member elected Board of Directors. The Board of Directors governs policy, forms committees and is responsible for decision making on behalf of the cooperative community.
To assist the Directors a number of committees exist to assist and advise them. Members are encouraged to volunteer to be on one or more committees. Below is a listing of committees and their sub-committees.
